Honestly, this café gives one of the warmest welcomes you’ll ever experience when you walk through the door. They offer a wide variety of café food and cakes, and the fact that they deliver is a real bonus—perfect for those lazy days when you just don’t feel like going out. My photos don't do the food I have justice. Today, I ordered the 8-item breakfast for £7.90, and it was absolutely worth every penny. Plenty of beans, and the poached egg was perfect—runny enough to dip your toast in just right. The cakes are phenomenal—big portions, full of flavour, and ideal for taking with you on the go. They’re genuinely delicious. I highly recommend this café, whether you’re eating in, grabbing a takeaway, or getting your food delivered. A brilliant place all round.

We regularly have breakfast at Busy V's on a Saturday morning. The staff are always great. Yesterday 9 of us turned up for breakfast and straight away nothing was too much trouble. The tables and chairs were moved to accommodate us all on one big table. The food is always spot on. Would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best chicken burger I’ve ever had, juicy centre, crispy coating, nice fluffy toasted bun, lovely crispy chips an side salad, can not big it up enough, an the cheese cake to take away was to die for !! Customer service was 10/10 very happy with my experience.

My first outing to a cafe since being diagnosed. I asked a staff member for a little tub for my insulin, brought it out without any fuss. Lovely atmosphere, great staff. Thank you for making my first trip such a lovely one

After seeing Busy V’s video online and walking past on the way to work, I finally decided to check this place out and boy, was I impressed! Busy V’s is a diamond in the rough of Selby, I tried the Pizza Sausage Roll and the Brie Bacon Panini and I wasn’t disappointed! While I have only been once, the different and unique items available made me quite impressed and is now a heavy recommendation to anyone in the Selby area to try.

Incredible caterer!!! So I decided to plan a surprise party for my husband’s 60th birthday in September. I decided not to cater it myself to help aid the surprise. I received quotes from 2 other local caters and the venue, but having had salads and sandwiches delivered to work for lunches previously and the gorgeous pictures of home cooked food I decided to go with Busy V’s. One of the biggest issues I had when planning was I had one guest with an anaphylactic, life threatening allergy to garlic so needed to ensure none of the buffet menu had not only no garlic but that the kitchen and utensils were thoroughly cleaned to ensure no cross contamination, we also had guests that were Coeliac (GF) and Vegan. I was helped and advised at every step in order to make the right choices I changed my mind multiple times but despite this nothing was too much trouble and all of my desperate messages of concern and making changes were quickly replied/responded to. I went for the most expensive option for more choice and to include deserts. On the day, the food was delivered in mass. I was told there would be more than enough for extra guests that replied last minute but OMG I’ve never seen so much food. The choices and options were plentiful and the food was so delicious. Everything was homemade, fresh and tasty. When I had picked quiche or pork pie as an option there were all different ones sent, I was in shock at all the different flavours and how each one was more delicious than the last. Every single guest wanted to know who had done the catering as the food was out of this world and almost every guest (60+) took plates of food of home to share with other family members. The vegan and GF guests said there food was also the best they’d ever had and were surprised that so much effort had gone into ensuring there food was as plentiful and with equal amount of choice with sweet and savoury options as everyone else had- their food came in separate boxes fully labelled and were bursting. I have to be completely honest and say Busy Vs was one of the top two most expensive local options, but for what we received- the amount, the quality, the freshness, catering for multiple dietary requirements and the taste.. it was worth much more than I paid and I don’t know how they make any money. If I need to cater for any other event then I would not hesitate to use Busy Vs this was absolute luxury! I cannot thank Busy Vs enough for all their help, catering for so many needs and making this event incredibly memorable because everyone was talking about the food for weeks after!! THANK YOU! X

Busy V’s provided the catering for my daughter’s christening on Sunday. It was absolutely amazing! The food was really nice and we had lots of comments on how good it was. The service was great, the food was delivered to the location we held the party right on time and it was even set out for us! Could not recommend enough for catering, lots of brilliant food choices and at a great price. Thank you so much for such lovely food and brilliant service. 10/10
